The hotel was in a great location, right across the street from a big multi-level mall with lots of stores and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and super nice. However, the breakfast turned out to be different than expected, below standards for a hotel of this category. The proximity to shopping and dining was a significant advantage, but the breakfast experience was disappointing.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were comfortable with very cozy beds, although the view was a bit disappointing with only a window facing a flower pot and a green wall. Additionally, the pool was not as clean as I had hoped. The service was top-notch, with extremely nice and accommodating staff paying attention to every detail, although they unfortunately refused to give us a taxi receipt. The location was perfect, situated in a very convenient area in San Pedro Garza Garcia that made me feel like I was at a high-class hotel. Unfortunately, the TV had bad drainage in the shower. The dining experience was good overall, although a bit dated for this category of hotel. The facilities were clean and comfortable, offering a decent level of convenience.

The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms that are lovely, very clean, and comfortable. However, my check-in experience was delayed until evening. The service was very polite and helpful, despite the limited English-speaking staff. The location is perfect by the mountains, offering excellent shopping and dining options. The dining experience was delicious and top-notch, with a variety of Mexican specialties, though it was not necessarily free. The hotel provides convenient facilities for guests.
